This is the second fairy tales disc of this disc set! This disc contains 12 fairy tales of 6 minutes each, for a total of 1 hour and 4 minutes of entertainment.
12 very popular children songs for every language supported by TIMIO for a total of 96 different songs!
Learning new languages
Research shows that learning a second language boosts problem-solving, critical-thinking, and listening skills, in addition to improving memory, concentration, and the ability to multitask. Children proficient in other languages also show signs of enhanced creativity and mental flexibility.
TIMIO comes loaded with 8 languages: ENGLISH (American accent), SPANISH, FRENCH, GERMAN, DUTCH, ITALIAN, PORTUGUESE and MANDARIN CHINESE. So all discs can be played in all languages. By switching languages your child will be first exposed to the sounds of a foreign language, and learn how a foreign language sounds, then will start learning new words by interacting with the vocabulary discs, and listening to Nursery Rhymes in other languages.
Parents also find it handy to practice their own foreign language skills!
In total there are more than 4000 files pre-loaded on TIMIO, all the content totaling over 40 hours of play. Enough to keep learning for years to come.
