SHIPPING 

Orders are sent within 48 hours during workdays (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are shipped after payment is received. Sending your order within 48 hours does not mean you will receive it within 48 hours, it means we are putting your order in the mail. 

Estimated delivery times:

Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. 

Under normal circumstances we aim for:

  • Melbourne deliveries: 1–4 working days
  • Interstate (metro to metro): 4–8 working days
  • Regional:7-12 working days
  • New Zealand: 7-14 working days

Note: The delivery time is an estimated delivery time. The delivery time refers to the period between the order and the arrival of the goods at the customer. Circumstances can always delay the delivery time. From experience most packages are delivered within two weeks. Our shipping partner always uses a period of 2 weeks before an official package inspection is started.

NZ: In NZD $32.99 or NZD$21.99 for orders above NZD$160.

Depending on your location you may have to pay local customs duties because you are ordering from Victoria, Australia. Please check your local rules and regulations. We cannot estimate which customs and duties fees may be charged for deliveries. The customer is responsible for all fees charged by their customs authorities.
